Invite your existing friends directly from WhatsApp. Or make your squad open to others looking for the same experience. Each person confirms their spot. Once your squad hits minimum size, your request goes live.
Verified experience providers — lodges, guides, helicopter operators, venues — see your request and send back curated offers designed for your group size. You see the full offer: what's included, price per person, availability.
Share the offers with your squad in the app. Everyone votes. The majority wins. You confirm the booking and everyone pays their share directly through the platform.
Your booking is confirmed. Provider details, meeting point, everything you need is ready. On the day, just show up.
After the experience, your Squad Memory Card is generated automatically. Share it. Keep it. It's yours.
No. You can form a squad and invite friends, or join an open squad with other people who want the same experience. Many of our best squads are made up of people who met through the platform.
If someone drops out before booking is confirmed, their spot opens to the next person on the waitlist for your squad. If someone drops out after booking, we work with the provider case by case. Our policy always protects the rest of the group.
Each squad member pays their share directly through AMALI IRL. We hold the payment until the experience is confirmed, then release it to the provider. You are never chasing anyone for their share.
Most experiences require a minimum of 4 people. Some larger experiences like private safaris or chartered helicopters require more. You will see the minimum clearly before you build your squad.
Every provider on AMALI IRL is verified by our team before they can receive requests. We check licensing, insurance, and reviews. If a provider falls below our standards, they are removed.
